These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the workshop-reminder SMS program operated by Mass TV Media, LLC ("we", "us", "our") in connection with the educational seminar registration forms at myssplan.net and yourestateplan.net.
1. Program description
The "My SS Plan" and "Your Estate Plan" Workshop Reminders Program is a transactional SMS notification service. We send appointment-style text-message reminders for the specific free educational seminar event you registered for. We do not send marketing, promotional, or unrelated messages.
2. Opt-in
You enroll in the program by completing the registration form at
https://myssplan.net/events/{event} or
https://yourestateplan.net/events/{event} and providing your mobile
phone number. The form includes the following disclosure: "By registering,
you agree to receive event reminders via email and text message."
SMS enrollment is not required to attend the event; you may register without consenting to SMS by leaving the phone field blank or contacting us directly.
3. Message frequency
Maximum 2 messages per registration, per event:
- 1 reminder approximately 24 hours before the seminar
- 1 reminder approximately 2 hours before the seminar
If you register for multiple events, you will receive reminders for each event separately, subject to the same per-event frequency limit.
4. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. The cost of receiving SMS messages is determined by your wireless carrier. We do not charge any fee for the messages themselves.
5. Carriers
The SMS program is supported by major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
6. Opt-out
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further SMS reminders will be sent for any event you have registered for or register for in the future, unless you re-enroll.

8. Privacy
Your mobile phone number, name, email, and SMS history are handled according to our SMS Privacy Policy. We do not share, sell, rent, or trade mobile information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
9. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the authorized account holder of the mobile phone number you provide to enroll in the program.
10. Modifications
We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by text message. The current version is always available at myssplan.net/sms-terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate the program at any time, with or without notice. Termination will not affect any messages already sent.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mass TV Media, LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the SMS program, including but not limited to delayed, undelivered, or duplicated messages.
